What's the benefit of a bill that is targeted at the lecturers non academic staff all people except the main people the schools were established for- the students - if the govt doesn't give them what they want they strike who suffers the students, when they are not on strike and they fighting for salary increment fighting for superiority between 2 different cadres academic and none academic - but who is not important the students - shameful
We still have the issue of dichotomy which still permeates the labour sector
